Vara Brand Guidelines

Resources for partners, press, and event organisers. Logos, colours, typography, and usage guidelines — everything you need to represent Vara consistently.

Naming

Always capitalise "Vara" as a proper noun. Use "Vara AI" when referring to the AI product specifically. The domain vara.ai is fine in URLs but not as a brand name in copy.

Wordmark

The Vara wordmark is the primary way to represent the brand. It uses a custom-spaced rendition of the typeface with distinctive rounded letterforms.

Two monochrome versions are provided: white for dark backgrounds (the most common use case across Vara's digital surfaces) and dark for light backgrounds (partner materials, print, co-branded contexts).

Logomark

For compact contexts where the full wordmark won't fit — social media profile pictures, browser favicons, app store listings, and partner logo grids — use the Vara logomark.

Gradient Mark

The gradient wordmark applies Vara's primary teal-to-lavender gradient across the letterforms. It carries more visual weight than the monochrome versions and should be reserved for hero sections, cover slides, event signage, social media headers, and other high-impact, singular placements.

Only use the gradient wordmark on dark backgrounds (Midnight or Deep Indigo). Never place it on light, white, or busy photographic backgrounds — the gradient loses contrast and becomes illegible. Limit its use to one instance per page or surface to preserve its impact.

Colours

Vara's colour palette is rooted in deep, clinical dark tones that convey precision and trust in a medical context, accented by a teal-to-lavender gradient that adds warmth and forward momentum.
